Weekly Programming
At FPC Student Ministry, everything we do is shaped by our vision to belong, believe, and become. We create spaces where students can belong in a welcoming community, believe the good news of Jesus, and become the people God has called them to be.
Here's when and where you can join us each week:
Middle School
Middle School Large Group:
Wednesdays • 6:00 – 7:30 PM • The Crossing
Large Group is where all middle school students come together for high-energy games, worship, and teaching that connects God’s truth to everyday life. We kick things off with time to hang out, then gather for music, a message geared for grades 7–8, and moments that help students see how they fit into God’s bigger story.
Middle School Small Groups:
Part of Wednesday Night Programming
After Large Group, students break into grade- and gender-based small groups led by trusted adult leaders. These groups give space to talk about life, ask questions, and encourage each other as we grow in faith together.
Middle School Retreats:
- RYM Summer Conference -
A week of worship, teaching, and recreation designed to help students deepen their faith and connect with friends.
- Middle School Fall Retreat -
A weekend getaway filled with games, worship, and teaching that helps students grow in their relationship with Jesus and each other.
- DNOW (Disciple Now) -
A weekend experience hosted at FPC with small group sessions, worship, and time in the Word.
High School
high School Large Group:
Sundays • 6:30 – 8:00 PM • The Crossing
Large Group is where all high school students come together for connection, worship, and teaching that speaks into the real challenges of teen life. We start with time to hang out, then gather for music, biblical teaching, and shared moments that remind us we’re part of something bigger.
high School Small Groups:
Wednesdays • 7:30 – 9:00 PM • The Crossing
Small Groups are where faith and friendship meet. Our vision is to authentically share life together with a trusted adult leader — encouraging one another, walking through life’s ups and downs, and growing in grace together. Groups meet in homes, coffee shops, and other relaxed settings around Rome. Your small group leader will share your group’s schedule.
high School Retreats:

A unique trip that combines adventure, community, and spiritual growth in an exciting and unexpected destination.

Relational Ministry
We believe students grow best when they feel seen, known, and valued. That’s why our ministry doesn’t stop at scheduled programs — our staff and leaders intentionally step into students’ everyday lives.
Whether it’s showing up at a game, grabbing coffee, or just hanging out, we want to meet students on their turf.
