FPC Men's Ministry
Our Vision
To provide strategic opportunities and service with the purpose of growing together as men, as we grow in Christ.
We accomplish this through:
Fellowship:
Fun gatherings like Rome Braves games, Rome Axe Throwing, and other activities inside and outside the church to help men grow together in authentic fellowship.
Discipleship:
We host Dinner/Speaker events where men gather to be inspired through teach and testimony. We also have Men's Community Groups that meet at various times and locations throughout the week.
Missions and Service:
We equip men to be servant leaders in the home, church, community, and world. Likewise we encourage and provide opportunities to share the Gospel in word and deed through service experiences.

Men of the Church, your Men's Ministry Team is once again gearing up for our annual Steak Dinner Event on Thursday, November 5, at 6:00 p.m. in King Hall.
We are excited to share that pastor, author, and teacher Scotty Smith will be our guest speaker this year, focusing on growing in grace in the different seasons of a man's life.
Join us for some amazing food, fellowship, and encouragement in our faith, and please bring your friends with you. You will need to register by Tuesday, November 3, at 4:00 p.m. to reserve your meal. The cost for dinner is only $20 (with a $50 max per family—father and sons). Can't wait to see you there!
We are once again excited to tell you about our upcoming men's group, led by members of your men's leadership team. For six Thursdays (October 1 - November 5), we will work our way through Kent Hughes' classic book, Disciplines of a Godly Man, which offers biblical wisdom on major areas of Christian manhood: relationships in the home, disciplines of the soul, character, ministry, and more. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall from 12:00 - 1:00. Bring your Bible, your lunch, and your friends. For those interested, copies of the book will be available upon arrival.
